Products and quantities

CalmStride™ is a cordless calf massager designed for everyday relaxation and comfort.

One unit means one individual calf massager. A two-unit option contains one pair. A four-unit option contains two pairs.

The quantity and contents of your selected option are displayed before purchase. Images showing two massagers in use do not mean that every option includes a pair.

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Prices and payment

The applicable currency, product price, discounts, shipping charges and taxes collected by us are shown before you complete checkout.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be fulfilled. Available payment methods and any instalment terms are displayed at checkout.

Bundle savings are calculated against purchasing the same number of individual units at the current single-unit price, unless otherwise stated.

Orders

Check your selected quantity, contact details and delivery address before placing your order.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil an order because of unavailability or a genuine listing error, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If the order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.

Shipping

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery destinations, charges and estimated timeframes.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, email calmstridee@gmail.com so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

CalmStride™ purchases include our 30-day money-back guarantee, starting on delivery. This guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Product use

Use the product only as described in the supplied instructions, including any warnings, charging requirements and session limits.

CalmStride™ is marketed for everyday relaxation and comfort. We do not claim that it diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents medical conditions.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or restricts your mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you visit our store or place an order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase.
