Return & Refund Policy

Love it. Or your money back.

Try CalmStride™ for 30 days after delivery. If you don’t love it, email calmstridee@gmail.com within that period to request a return and a full refund of the amount paid for the returned product.

Normal use during your trial is welcome. Your product does not need to be unopened to qualify.

Requesting a return

Email calmstridee@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Contact us before sending anything back. The address on your parcel may not be our return address.

Return the massagers with their included accessories. Use the original packaging where possible, or suitable protective packaging.

Please send the items back within 14 days of requesting your return.

Return shipping

If your product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover any necessary return shipping.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email calmstridee@gmail.com as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve it faster.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Bundle returns

You may return an entire bundle or individual massagers.

For partial returns, we refund the discounted amount paid for the returned units. We do not retrospectively remove the discount from the units you keep.

Order cancellations

Email calmstridee@gmail.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to stop shipment. You can still use the applicable return process.

Your consumer rights

Our 30-day guarantee is additional to your statutory rights and does not limit them.

UK customers generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods may apply beyond our 30-day guarantee.
