Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada, including single-unit and bundle purchases.

Order processing

Estimated processing time is 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times

After dispatch, estimated transit times are:

United Kingdom: 4–8 business days.
United States: 4–7 business days.
Canada: 4–7 business days.

Please allow the processing time in addition to the transit time.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs checks, carrier disruptions, public holidays and busy periods may affect delivery.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will send tracking details to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery addresses

Check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, email calmstridee@gmail.com immediately. We will try to make the correction, but changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, contact us to discuss the available options. Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained before you agree to it.

International fulfilment and customs

Orders may be dispatched by our international fulfilment partners.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or tracking shows delivery but you have not received it, email calmstridee@gmail.com with your order number.

We will investigate with our fulfilment partner or carrier and arrange an appropriate solution. Your consumer rights remain unaffected.

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and keep the packaging where possible.
